They perform routine maintenance, diagnose and resolve issues, and ensure EV systems operate efficiently and safely. Position : Maintanance Technician Location : Haryana, Narnoul Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and resolve problems with EV components, such as batteries, motors, inverters, and charging systems. Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize vehicle performance. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities. Customer/ Dealer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers / Dealer about service needs and vehicle issues. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers and dealers, including troubleshooting and guidance. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, and manufacturing teams. Quality Control: Ensure that all service and repair work adheres to quality standards and safety regulations.
