Strong understanding of program risk identification, mitigation planning, and performance tracking. Familiarity with engineering estimations, business case development, and capital budgeting. Proficient in SAP PP & MM modules. Deep knowledge of aerospace industry standards, including AS9100, Nadcap, and other customer-specific requirements. Excellent decision-making, time management, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience presenting to top management and engaging customers directly.
