Job Title: Architectural Visualizer Department: Design / Visualization Reports To: Lead Architect Location: Nagarbhavi, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Visualizer to join our design studio with minimum experience of 3 years in a similar profile. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating architectural & interior concepts into compelling, high-quality visual representations. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to develop photorealistic renderings, animations, and presentation materials that communicate design intent and enhance client presentations. Freshers & freelancers need not apply. Key Responsibilities: Produce photorealistic 3D renderings , illustrations, and animations for architectural and interior design projects. Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts to create detailed and accurate visual outputs. Collaborate with design teams to refine visual storytelling and maintain design intent. Use a range of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and post-production techniques to achieve high-quality visuals. Develop presentation packages , including concept boards, diagrams, and immersive visual content. Work on still images, panoramas, VR experiences, and fly-through videos when needed. Manage and maintain organized 3D asset libraries and materials. Ensure timely delivery of visual content according to project schedules. Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and new rendering techniques. Qualifications & Skills: Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or related field. Proficiency in 3D visualization tools such as: 3ds Max / SketchUp/ACAD V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape Photoshop / After Effects / Illustrator Strong eye for detail, color, composition, and spatial awareness. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for architecture, design, and storytelling through visuals. A portfolio showcasing a range of architectural visualization work is required. Preferred: Experience with animation Knowledge of architectural workflows and construction documentation. Understanding of materiality, lighting, and real-world physics in rendering.
