Site Supervisor – Civil Projects Location: Muttada, Trivandrum Company: Expatserv Pvt. Ltd. Expatserv Pvt. Ltd., a growing property management company based in Muttada, Trivandrum, is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team. We specialize in managing residential and commercial properties, including overseeing civil and interior works for our clients. Role Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate civil and interior work at project sites. Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the internal team. Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained on-site. Candidate Profile: Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Basic knowledge of construction and interior works is essential. Must be dynamic, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative. Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
