Job description Job Title: Anesthesiologist Location: Muri, Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 6 month –3 Years Department : Anesthesia About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Anesthesiologist to join our clinical team at our Hospital and Research Centre in Muri, Jharkhand . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in perioperative care, ensuring patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgical procedures. Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia during surgical procedures (general, regional, or local). Monitor patients' vital signs and manage anesthesia-related complications. Evaluate patients pre-operatively and ensure they are fit for anesthesia administration. Work closely with surgeons and other medical staff to plan safe anesthesia protocols. Manage pain relief during post-operative recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and anesthesia details. Respond to emergencies such as cardiac arrest, trauma cases, or critical care needs. Ensure proper use and maintenance of anesthesia equipment. Follow hospital safety protocols and infection control standards. Qualifications: MBBS + MD/DNB/Diploma in Anesthesiology. Gamete handling and fertilization: Embryologists are responsible for retrieving, preparing, and manipulating eggs and sperm for fertilization. 2. In vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures: They perform the actual IVF process, including egg retrieval, fertilization, and embryo culture. 3. Embryo development and monitoring: Embryologists closely monitor embryo development, selecting healthy embryos for transfer. 4. Cryopreservation: They freeze and store embryos for future use, ensuring their long-term viability. 5. Quality control and data management: Embryologists maintain laboratory records, perform quality control assays, and manage data related to IVF cycles KRA : 1. Lab Upkeep and Management: Maintaining a controlled environment (temperature, humidity, air quality) within the lab to foster healthy embryo development.
