ADMINISTRATIVE SITE MANAGER (PREFERABLY EX- SERVICEMAN) AS A ADMINISTRATIVE SITE MANAGER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS & MANAGEMENT OF THE SITE, ENSURING SMOOTH FUNCTIONING & COMPLIANCE WITH ALL RELEVANT REGULATIONS. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A STRONG BACKGROUND IN ADMINISTRATION, PERFERABLY WITH EXPERIENCE IN MILITARY ( EX- SERVICEMAN). YOU WILL OVERSEE & DIRECT ALL ON SCTIVITIES & ENSURE SMOOTH FUNCTIOING OF DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES ON OUR CONSTYRUCTION & RESORT PROJECT. MANAGING PROJECT TIMELINES, RESOURCES & BUDGET TO ACHIEVE SET OBJECTIVES. OVERSEE FACILITY MAINTENANCE, INCLUDING REPAIR, RENOVATIONS & UPKEEP OF SITE INFRASTRUCTURE. COORDINATE WITH EXTERNAL CONTRACTORS FOR FACILITY MAINTENANCE SERVICES. ENSURE A CLEAN & SAFE AND ORGANIZED WORKING ENVIRONMENT ON SITE. QUALIFICATION: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN RELEVANT FIELD. MINIMUM 8 TO 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AN ADMINISTRATIVE OR OPERATINAL ROLE, PREFERABLY WITHIN A SITE MANAGEMENT ENVIRONMENT. EXPERIENCE IN FACILITY MANAGEMENT, SECURITY OR RELATED FIELDS IS A PLUS. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, INTERPERSONAL & ORGANIZATIONAL SKILL. STRONG PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING ABILITIES. PROFICIENCY IN MICRROSOFT SUITE & OTHER RELEVANT SOFTWARE. KNOWLEDGE OF RELEVANT REGULATIONS & GUIDELINES. PREFERRED: EXPERIENCE IN THE MILITARY ( EX-SERVICEMAN) WITH STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF DISCIPLINE, TEAMWORK & LEADERSHIP AND CANDIDATE WHO CAN STAY AT SITE.
