Job Title: Accountant Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, proficiency in Tally, and a strong understanding of accounting practices, including purchase and sales processes, Excel, and general ledger entries. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Tally . Handle purchase and sales transactions, including invoicing and payments. Prepare and post general journal entries. Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and ledgers. Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions. Generate financial reports and summaries as needed. Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable. Use Excel for preparing reports, analysis, and maintaining data accuracy. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP . Strong Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis). Knowledge: Expertise in purchase and sales accounting. Understanding of general ledger entries and reconciliation processes. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Strong organizational and communication skills.
