* HR Manager (Female Preferred) * Location: Mubarakpur, Dera Bassi, Punjab (Only nearby candidates can apply) Working Hours: 9.30AM-6PM Salary: Upto ₹25k per month Experience: Min. 2+ years in this role. Freshers not eligible. * About the Role: * We are seeking a dedicated and experienced female HR Manager to join our team in Mubarakpur, Punjab. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment, managing human resources functions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. * Key Responsibilities: * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals. Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and promote a harmonious workplace. Manage performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback. Administer compensation and benefits programs. Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for employees. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Contribute to fostering a positive company culture and employee engagement. * Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably with some management experience. Strong understanding of HR best practices and Indian labor laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
