The Ducting Chargehand will be responsible for supervising ducting operations, ensuring work quality and safety, coordinating with team members, and managing heavy equipment. The role includes overseeing the installation and maintenance of ductwork, inspecting and repairing systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and Communication skills Proficiency in handling Heavy Equipment and Maintenance tasks Carpentry Skills Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Relevant certifications or training in ducting or HVAC systems would be beneficial
