Job Title: Telecaller (Real Estate) Location: Bhopal Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month Preference: Female candidates preferred Job Overview: We are looking for a persuasive and motivated Telecaller to join our real estate team. The primary role involves contacting potential clients, providing information about properties, and setting up appointments for site visits. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and promote properties. Provide detailed information about available properties and ongoing projects. Schedule site visits and follow up with potential clients to close deals. Maintain and update the database with client information and feedback. Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus. Basic knowledge of the real estate market is desirable. Proficient in using MS Office and CRM systems.
