Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Animation Artist based in Manesar, Gurgaon. You’ll collaborate with the founder, graphic design, marketing, and social teams to: Build animated episodes (1 min) for Instagram/YT Create visual teasers, moodboards, transitions, and reels Prototype new storytelling formats with AI tools Help shape Unniyarcha’s visual identity in motion You’ll also support cross-functional needs for design (campaigns, emailers, launches). Qualifications Proficiency in Animation and Character Animation Experience in Storyboarding and 3D Animation Skills in 3D Animation. You have 2–5 years experience in motion graphics, animation, or multimedia design — and have created work that blends emotion + aesthetic + narrative. You're fluent in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro , and/or Blender — and have created short-form content like brand reels, animated series, or motion explainers. You actively use AI tools like Runway, Pika, Kaiber, AnimateDiff, or Deforum — and know how to clean up, layer, and finesse output for cinematic effect. You understand storyboarding, shot composition, and pacing — especially for social-first formats (9:16 Reels/Shorts) . You can turn scripts into moodboards, animatics, and final exports — owning the pipeline end-to-end. You’re confident with image-gen tools like Midjourney or Firefly — especially for creating reference frames or base layers. Bonus if you’ve used CapCut, Figma, or audio-sync tools to speed up content cycles. You’re fast, adaptive, and excited by new creative formats — not overwhelmed by them.
