Ability to deliver user training and ongoing support for research and laboratory staff. Advanced knowledge of Cheminformatics and Data Science techniques, tools, and best practices. Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster strong, collaborative teams. Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences. Competence in task prioritization, project planning, and defining clear next steps. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. People Ensure timely completion of all stages of the Performance Appraisal Process for subordinates. Ensure completion of stipulated training man-hours for self and subordinates. Supplier Identification and Evaluation Conduct supplier evaluations and selection based on criteria such as cost, delivery, technical capabilities, and sustainability, ensuring a reliable and high-performing supplier base. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements while maintaining strong relationships and mitigating risks. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to casting defects, wheel wear, or other equipment malfunctions. Desired Candidate Profile 7-8 years of experience in a WHEEL INDUSTRY -GDC SHIFT ENGR Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of GDC process, melting process, shift management, heat treatment , die loading & change over procedures.
