Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Training & Placement Officer to strengthen its industry interface and support the Training & Placement Cell. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate outreach, campus recruitment strategies, and industry engagement, with proven success in securing placement opportunities and internships for students across various disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with companies, industries, and corporate partners to generate placement and internship opportunities. Strategically identify potential recruiters across sectors and initiate institutional tie-ups. Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, industry talks, pre-placement sessions, and corporate guest lectures. Assist in developing annual placement calendars and maintain student placement records. Work closely with department heads and faculty to understand student skill sets and align them with market requirements. Coordinate with corporate HR teams to understand recruitment processes, hiring needs, and skill expectations. Represent MPGI at corporate forums, HR summits, placement consortiums, and education-industry conclaves. Develop promotional materials (brochures, PPTs, videos) and corporate communication decks for campus presentations. Monitor and guide students for resume preparation, interview readiness, group discussions, and aptitude tests. Work with the alumni cell to leverage alumni in corporate positions for placement collaboration. Ensure effective documentation, MIS reporting, and data analysis for continuous improvement of placement performance. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Placements, or Business Development in the education sector or corporate training ecosystem. Excellent networking skills with strong existing corporate connections. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and placement automation tools (if any).
