Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on and visionary Tile Installation Trainer & Program Lead who can: • Spearhead the design and execution of Nepal’s first tile mason trade school • Act as a trainer, evaluator, and certifier of tile masons across Nepal • Develop a sustainable and scalable program that elevates the tile installation profession Key Responsibilities: • Conduct hands-on training sessions for tile masons—from rookies to professionals • Prepare and standardize curriculum for multiple proficiency levels • Develop training schedules and assessment criteria • Personally evaluate masons and assign skill-based certifications • Introduce proper installation techniques for various tile types—vitrified, porcelain, ceramic wall/floor • Train on adhesives, grouts, and surface-specific products (wet/dry/high elevation) • Demonstrate modern tools and methods for large-format tile handling • Build and maintain a digital databank of certified masons for customer reference • Guide top masons in starting their own professional installation businesses • Champion awareness across dealers, customers, and project stakeholders • Lead the long-term development of a community trade school at Lumbini Ceramics Preferred Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in tile installation or training roles • Prior exposure to modern formats: slabs, large-format tiles, vitrified tiles, etc. • Practical knowledge of adhesives, leveling systems, cutting tools, and grouts • Ability to communicate clearly in real-world training settings • Experience in developing or delivering structured training programs • Willingness to relocate to Nepal for on-site training execution Perks: • Lead a first-of-its-kind national initiative with long-term impact • Work with a progressive brand committed to quality and skill-building • Travel, accommodation, and meals provided at the Gulariya plant • Flexible contract options (short-term or longer assignment based on mutual interest) Send your CV and a short video (if available) showcasing your past installation or training work to: hr@lumbiniceramics.com

Key Requirements: Collect daily production, dispatch, and inventory data from the factory Book daily production entry in NetSuite on daily basis Maintain and update factory-related data in the ERP accurately and on time. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Supervisor. Check data for errors and make sure it is accurate and complete. Prepare run rate report of finished goods Assist in preparing production plan along with Supervisor and Plant head Monitor and report nonmoving, slow moving and fast moving items Support the factory team with data they need for planning and decision-making. Job Summary: As the Store Manager for the Gulariya factory, you will be responsible for managing and executing the store functions to support the smooth operation of the facility. Responsibilities: Inventory Management: 1. Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming construction materials, equipment, and supplies. 2. As required, update inventory records and maintain accurate stock levels using electronic systems or manual records. 3. Organize and label items for easy identification and retrieval. 4. Regularly conduct physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies. Stock Replenishment: 1. Monitor stock levels and anticipate material requirements for upcoming projects. 2. Initiate purchase orders or requisitions based on demand forecasts and consumption patterns. 3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials while minimizing excess inventory. Storage and Space Management: 1. Properly store construction materials and equipment to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss. 2. Optimize the layout of the storage area for efficient space utilization. 3. Implement safety measures to ensure a secure and hazard-free storage environment. Distribution and Recordkeeping: 1. Facilitate the issuance of materials and equipment to authorized personnel or departments. 2. Maintain accurate records of all materials received, issued, and returned. 3. Generate reports on material usage, consumption rates, and stock levels for management review. Quality Control: 1. Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications. 2. Implement first-in-first-out (FIFO) or other appropriate inventory rotation methods to prevent material wastage. Collaboration: 1. Work closely with procurement, project managers, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment on inventory needs and project timelines. 2. Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise. Maintenance and Organization: 1. Keep the storage area clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. 2. Perform routine checks on equipment and tools to ensure they are in proper working condition.
