Key Requirements: Collect daily production, dispatch, and inventory data from the factory Book daily production entry in NetSuite on daily basis Maintain and update factory-related data in the ERP accurately and on time. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Supervisor. Check data for errors and make sure it is accurate and complete. Prepare run rate report of finished goods Assist in preparing production plan along with Supervisor and Plant head Monitor and report nonmoving, slow moving and fast moving items Support the factory team with data they need for planning and decision-making. Coordinate with different departments (production, dispatch, store, accounts) to collect and share information. Help improve reporting systems and suggest better ways to manage data. Keep records safe and make sure data is stored properly. Assist in any MIS-related tasks as directed by the Sr. Account Manager. others as required Qualification and Job Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in production management or information systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets. Understanding of ERP systems is an advantage Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
