Job Title: Welding Supervisor Qualifications: Diploma / BE Mechanical / Production / Fabrication / Welding or relevant degree Experience Required: For Diploma holders : 6 to 10 years | For Degree Holders : 4 to 7 years Job Location: Lonand, Satara Job Summary We are seeking a practical, safety-focused Welding Supervisor to lead welding and fabrication activities from heavy equipment manufacturing industry. The Welding Supervisor will ensure production targets, quality standards, safety, TPM and EMS practices are achieved while coaching and developing the welding team. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of WPS, PQR & WPQs and obtain client approvals. Ensure all welding processes, consumables, and equipment are used strictly as per approved WPS. Maintain accurate records of consumable usage, weld traceability, shift logs, and non-compliances. Supervise daily welding and fabrication operations as per documented procedures, work instructions, and engineering drawings. Ensure production milestones, quality, and timelines are met within budget constraints. Coordinate with planning, materials, and machine shop for uninterrupted workflow. Monitor weld quality, identify defects, and ensure corrective actions. Coordinate with internal/external inspectors and support NDT activities (UT/RT/PT/MPI). Collaborate with QA/Engineering to address weld defects and implement improvements. Enforce company safety policies and legal regulations on the shop floor. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe handling of gas cylinders, welding stations, and consumables. Manage safety of personnel and equipment within the assigned area. Supervise and mentor welders to ensure adherence to procedures and best practices. Provide on-the-job training in safe work practices, welding techniques, and productivity improvement. Track team performance and report results to management. Experience implementing TPM, 5S and continuous improvement tools within welding section (Kaizen, PDCA, root cause analysis). Drive initiatives in 5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, and waste management. Enhance housekeeping, safety, and efficiency on the shop floor. Required Qualifications & Experience Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Automobile or BE (Mechanical/Manufacturing) mandatory. Minimum 4 years experience in heavy equipment manufacturing or machine building with hands-on welding/fabrication experience. Experience with welding codes and standards relevant to the region or industry (e.g., AWS, ISO) is preferred. Strong practical knowledge of manufacturing process, welding techniques, fixtures, jigs, and weld consumables. Good leadership and communication skills; ability to drive teams on the shop floor.

Job Title: Team Member - Purchase Job Location: Lonand Work Experience Required: 5 years 7 years Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) required Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Team Member . The role involves end-to-end procurement activities, supplier coordination, and ensuring compliance with quality and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing mechanical/electrical materials and a proven ability to drive cost efficiency without compromising quality. Key Responsibilities Monitor monthly receipts, consumption, rejections, GRN status, and inventory using ERP/system tools. Review and manage non-moving stock (standard and non-standard items). Coordinate with suppliers for procurement, enquiries, quotations, and negotiations to ensure best commercial and technical fit. Prepare MIS reports, fund requirement projections, and ensure timely payments (including duty/GST). Oversee purchase orders and requisition status, ensuring smooth material flow. This role involves coordinating facility management, overseeing vendor services, maintaining records, assisting in compliance and audits, and ensuring support services like housekeeping, canteen, and transportation are well managed. The person acts as a key link between internal departments and external service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations and a conducive working environment for the plant workforce. Key Responsibilities: Oversee general administrative services such as housekeeping, security, transportation, and canteen management. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality services. Maintain and update administrative records, statutory documentation, and compliance trackers. Support plant-level compliance activities, audits, and certifications (e.g., safety, environmental, labor). Job title : Store Executive No. of Position: 1 Location: Lonand, Maharashtra Required Qualification: Bachelors degree / Diploma is required in any field Role & responsibilities Reviewing of Vendor challans, bills & punching of Traveler document (TD) in JDE system for preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) get it inspected by QA and get audited by Weigh Bridge Auditor. Ensuring the final bills are submitted to the Accounts Dept and necessary coordination for all activities involved for doing this work. Ensuring the issue of various Mechanical/Electrical items, Raw materials, Paints and other items and supervising the contract helpers while loading/unloading material in vehicle at the time of issue along with necessary coordination for these activities. Keeping the material in designated location with identification through proper handling ensuring safety. Conducting regular Toolbox Talk (TBT) to contract helper for ensuring the safe material handling. Ensuring use of PPE's & adherence of safety related to contract helper. Ensuring that all above mentioned work is performed adhering to set procedures & work instructions. Ensuring the housekeeping in the stores. Co-ordinating ISO related work with the Dept. coordinator & team members.
