We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to support our accounting department with daily administrative and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and handling clerical functions Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry tasks. Process invoices, expense forms, and purchase orders. Prepare and reconcile bank deposits and statements. Maintain and update financial records in accounting software. Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Help with preparing financial reports and documents. Handle incoming and outgoing communications related to accounts. Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (B.com, BBA, BCCA) Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Office (especially Excel); Accounting experience with Tally Prime Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax,PT,PF etc. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
