Role & responsibilities End to end comprehensive patient care management for successful dialysis of patients in the unit. Follow the defined protocols for fluid/chemical preparation & patients medication Updating records (quality/clinical formats, patient's file, dialysis record book, etc.) & periodic vitals charting. Maintaining Procedure Trolley, medical equipment, crash cart & related Checklist Preparation of Dialysis Procedure Set/tray and Autoclave items Assisting other staff/senior technician/ DMO while any procedure & managing patient complication. Proper continuous maintenance of RO treatment plant and quality of product water. Ensuring proper hygienic patient care & unit disinfection protocols. Dialyzer reprocessing as per defined protocol Execution of any work assigned by the Senior Technician/ Manager/ DMO.
