BILLING CUM SITE ENGINEER (AMAR INFRAPROJECTS) – JOB DESCRIPTION Gender : Male willing to travel and relocate for the project Employment type : Full time and permanent Working hours : 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Work location: Kumsi, Shimoga Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred or Diploma in Civil Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site execution and proficient in quantity surveying and site measurement techniques Benefits: Provident fund & health insurance deductible from CTC Holidays: Sundays & 8 restricted public holidays Additional allowances above CTC: Accommodation & food allowance will be provided ONLY for candidates who relocate to the project site (subject to management’s decision) Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for a Billing cum Site Engineer to join our civil project team. This is a full-time, site-based role and requires a dynamic professional who can manage both on-site construction supervision and accurate billing and quantity estimation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil engineering practices along with experience in project billing, measurements, and client/vendor coordination. Billing Responsibilities: · Prepare client and subcontractor bills based on work progress and approved drawings. · Verify contractor bills with site measurements and BOQ. · Track and certify work done on-site for billing purposes. · Maintain records of work executed and prepare monthly RA bills. · Coordinate with the accounts & procurement teams for timely payments. · Prepare and reconcile final bills and assist in project cost estimation and budgeting. Site Engineering Responsibilities: · Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site. · Ensure work execution is as per the approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. · Take daily measurements and record work progress. · Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers for smooth execution. · Maintain site documentation including DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), labor reports, and quality checklists. · Liaise with consultants and clients during inspections and audits. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
