Roles and Responsibilities Manage retail liability products such as Current Account, Savings Account, Fixed Deposits, etc. Acquire new customers through effective sales strategies and relationship management. Cross-sell third-party products to existing clients to increase revenue growth. Handle high net worth individual (HNI) clients by providing personalized banking solutions. Ensure portfolio management and acquisition of HNIs through proactive sales efforts. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field. Strong understanding of Retail Liabilities, including product knowledge and sales techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and relationship building. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
