Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations. Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to optimize productivity. Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, DPRs, and MIS for internal and client reporting. Interface with clients, vendors, and statutory bodies for approvals and inspections. Implement HSE standards and ensure zero incident safety culture on-site. Handle project documentation, RA bills, measurements, and material reconciliations.
