The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality output in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform basic setup and adjustments on machines. Inspect parts and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications. Report machine malfunctions or abnormalities to the supervisor promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area. Follow safety guidelines and company policies strictly. Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs under supervision. Keep production records and complete shift reports as required.
