IMMEDIATE JOINERS : GIVEN HIGH PRIORITY Location: Shirdi, Maharashtra- India Opportunity: Full-time / Project-based Consultant Mode of Training: Offline (Direct Classroom Training) Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate DevOps Trainer to deliver top-notch training sessions on Design Thinking, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of industry experience and a proven ability to train and mentor professionals. Key Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive training curriculum , including instructional materials, presentations, and hands-on labs. Conduct engaging, practical, and interactive classroom training on: Design Thinking & Agile methodologies DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure automation using Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and IBM tools (preferred). Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices. Provide one-on-one mentorship to participants, addressing their specific learning challenges. Assess and evaluate training effectiveness through tests, assignments, and feedback for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Proven experience as a DevOps Trainer or similar role in Design Thinking, Agile, and DevOps. Strong expertise in: CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins) Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Infrastructure Automation (Ansible, Terraform) Agile & DevOps methodologies IBM Tools (preferred) Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Ability to adapt training approaches based on different learning styles and experience levels. Relevant certifications in DevOps, Agile, or related tools are a plus.
