Candidate must be ensuring the smooth operation, upkeep, and reliability of machinery and equipment in the CNC machine shop. Key Responsibilities: Machine Maintenance and Repairs: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC and Manual Machines and all utility maintenance. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to minimize downtime. Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions. Ensure timely repair of equipment to meet production targets. Preventive Maintenance Planning: Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment. Regularly inspect machinery to identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and machine performance. Spare Parts Management: Monitor inventory of critical spare parts and tools required for maintenance activities. Qualifications: Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Experience: 1–4 years of experience in maintenance engineering in a CNC manufacturing environment. Budget: 2 – 4 LPA Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC Maintenance. Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting. Hands-on experience CNC, and Utility Maintenance.
