They may also respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and provide training on security protocols. Key Responsibilities: Security Operations Oversight: Managing and monitoring security operations across various locations. Site Visits and Inspections: Conducting regular site visits to assess security measures, identify potential vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with security policies. Personnel Management: Overseeing and managing security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Security Compliance: Ensuring compliance with established security protocols, procedures, and regulations. Incident Response: Responding to security incidents, conducting investigations, and taking appropriate action. Training and Education: Providing security training to personnel and clients. Communication and Reporting: Maintaining communication with clients and management, and reporting on security operations. Additional Duties: Risk Assessment: Identifying potential security risks and vulnerabilities, and developing mitigation strategies. Client Relations: Maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. New Contract Development: Contributing to the development and stabilization of new security contracts. Security Project Management: Managing security projects, including budgeting, planning, and implementation. Emergency Communication: Supporting the establishment and maintenance of emergency communication systems. Data Analysis and Reporting: Developing and reviewing data for reporting on security performance and incidents.
