Check PO Print in ERP & Sent through E-Mail Message. Daily Tracking supplier performance & receipts for Material Availability Procurement: On-Time Receipts of Raw material & Components Performance Review with suppliers as needed. Monitor receipts to ensure On-Time Delivery as per Purchase orders. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Second Generation (2G) Biofuels analyst to the setup, operation, and optimization of pilot-scale reactors for the production of 2G ethanol and Compressed Biogas (CBG) from lignocellulose feedstock. The successful candidate will play a critical role in scaling up our bioconversion processes from laboratory to pilot scale while ensuring optimal yield, efficiency, and product quality. Key Responsibilities: Pilot Reactor Setup & Operations Operate pilot-scale reactors for 2G ethanol and CBG production Establish and maintain optimal operating parameters for continuous and batch processes Troubleshoot reactor performance issues and implement corrective measures Scale up laboratory processes to pilot scale while maintaining process integrity Monitor anaerobic digestion processes for CBG production including methanogenic pathways Manage microbial cultures, maintain sterile conditions, and prevent contamination Optimize fermentation parameters including pH, temperature, residence time, and nutrient supplementation Implement advanced fermentation strategies such as simultaneous scarification and fermentation (SSF) BMP analysis using appropriate instrumentation such as AMPTS.
