We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth and revenue for our company. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Upwork bidding, freelance platforms, lead generation, and excellent English communication and project coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. Write compelling proposals and submit bids on relevant projects. Manage end-to-end bidding cycle: from opportunity identification to client conversion. Communicate effectively with international clients via chat, email, or video calls. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Track and report on KPIs related to leads, proposals, conversions, and revenue. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Required Skills: Proven experience in Upwork bidding and other freelance portals (at least 2 years). Strong knowledge of lead generation, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to understand client requirements and align them with internal capabilities. Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA or similar qualification is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: On the road
