Financial Management: Develop and manage a sales budget, track expenses, and monitor financial performance. Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate records. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
