Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Kayamkulam. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales operations, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with channel sales teams. Day-to-day tasks include building client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations Proficiency in Channel Sales strategies and execution Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in the financial services industry is beneficial
