About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Maintain updated and accurate employee database across all registers. 2. Complete employee joining formalities. 3. Open bank accounts for new employees. 4. Register new employees for PF, ESI, and mediclaim. 5. Set up biometric registration for new employees. 6. Collect all necessary forms and documents from new employees. 7. Conduct generic HR induction for new joiners at assistant and supervisory levels. 8. Conduct random checks on employee grooming standards with support from the security team. 9. Conduct random checks in employee accommodation along with HR and security teams. 10. Coordinate with bank officials. 11. Coordinate with other HR vendors. 12. Support salary preparation and attendance verification across all departments. 13. Support the recruitment process by coordinating with candidates regarding offer acceptance and joining dates. 14. Keep HR and resort team updated on potential employees' joining dates via WhatsApp or email. 15. Assist HR Manager with employee engagement activities, appraisals, and other HR/resort-related tasks. 16. Attend resort pledge, meetings, briefings, training sessions, and personal development reviews. 17. Adhere to sustainable initiatives at The Ibnii Coorg and encourage team members to do the same.
