We are currently expanding our team and looking for a proactive and committed Outlet Manager for our Koorkenchery location. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the outlet. Ensure product quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Handle staff scheduling, task allocation, and team management. Coordinate with the central kitchen and supply chain teams for timely stock and product availability. Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards. Manage outlet cash handling, billing, and basic financial reporting. Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally. Implement company policies and ensure compliance at all times. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail/hospitality/F&B, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Fluent in Malayalam and basic English/Hindi. High level of integrity and responsibility. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
