Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners(CP), and real estate agents. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Organize site visits, promotional events, and client meetings. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to generate quality leads. Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies. Provide training and guidance to sales executives to improve performance and product knowledge.
