Job Summary: Responsible for managing overall hub operations, including manpower supervision, rider management, inventory handling, and ensuring timely dispatch and deliveries. Acts as the key point of contact for smooth daily execution and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily hub activities and staff. Manage delivery riders onboarding, routing, performance. Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of shipments. Monitor inventory flow and documentation. Maintain hub discipline, safety, and compliance. Coordinate with regional teams for operational efficiency.
