Foster a warm, caring, and secure environment for young learners. Monitor and document developmental milestones. Engage with parents on child progress and daily routines. Primary & Secondary Teachers (All Subjects)Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in subjects like English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Hindi, Marathi, Computer Studies, etc., based on school curriculum. Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment. Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and classroom participation. Use innovative teaching tools and educational technology to enhance the learning experience. Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school functions. General Responsibilities for All Teaching Roles:Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and other required documentation. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress and concerns. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded educational experience. Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events. Continuously upgrade teaching practices through workshops and feedback. Qualifications:Educational Requirement: For Pre-primary: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd or equivalent). For Primary and Secondary: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred). Master’s degree is an advantage for Secondary-level subjects. Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in a school setting is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and classroom management skills.
