Job Title: Ecommerce Manager Location: Delhi Office About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Ecommerce Manager to oversee our online marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other platforms. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing product listings, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & Fulfillment: Oversee end-to-end order processing from confirmation to delivery Ensure timely dispatch post-QC (Quality Check) with proper documentation Coordinate with logistics partners for on-time deliveries Monitor and improve fulfillment metrics (OTIF, cancellation rates) Returns & Refund Management: Develop and implement efficient return/reverse logistics processes Analyze return reasons and work with QC team to reduce defects Process refunds and replacements as per marketplace policies Maintain return rate within acceptable thresholds Handle escalated return-related customer complaints Catalog Management & Listings Optimization: Create and manage product catalogs across all marketplaces Ensure accurate and compelling product content (titles, images, descriptions) Optimize listings using SEO best practices and keyword research Regularly audit listings for compliance with marketplace guidelines Sales Planning & Inventory Forecasting: Prepare SKU-level sales forecasts based on historical data and trends Plan inventory requirements and coordinate with procurement team Identify fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs for strategic planning Implement pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability Promotions & Marketplace Marketing: Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, and campaigns Manage PPC advertising (Sponsored Products, Display Ads) Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key metrics (sales, conversion, traffic, returns) Generate weekly/monthly performance reports Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra seller accounts Strong understanding of marketplace policies and seller portals Expertise in inventory planning and demand forecasting Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field Why Join Us?
