Job Title: Tele caller Job Location : Kaikaluru (Preferred Local Female & Married Persons ) Qualification : Inter & Degree Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller to contribute to generating sales/leads and maintaining customer relationships. You will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, understanding customer needs, explaining products/services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information. Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and persuasive manner. Maintain customer databases with up-to-date information. Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into sales. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and market conditions to the management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
