About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Expert to join our team. As a key part of our sales function, you will be responsible for converting leads, upselling products/services, and maintaining client relationships through effective communication and persuasion skills. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads provided by the company. Explain product features and offerings in a clear and engaging manner. Handle objections confidently and convert cold/warm leads into successful sales. Maintain follow-ups with prospects until closure. Keep accurate records of calls, lead status, and outcomes in CRM tools. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets consistently. Coordinate with the marketing and customer success teams for feedback and insights. Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales. Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (Regional languages are a plus). Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Confidence, persistence, and resilience to work in a high-performance environment. Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply it effectively in calls.
