Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning. Monitor food preparation, quality, and service standards. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines (FSSAI standards). Manage opening and closing procedures Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff (FOH & BOH). Prepare staff schedules and manage shift planning. Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and consumables. Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement. Prevent wastage and maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct daily/weekly stock audits. Monitor daily sales and prepare reports. Control operational costs to maximize profitability.
