Job Responsibilities Daily entry of sales, purchase, expenses, and bank transactions into Tally or Zoho Books GST calculation and filing coordination Petty cash handling & reconciliation Preparation of invoices, delivery challans, and credit notes Monthly P&L and balance sheet generation with support from external CA Vendor payments follow-up and basic budgeting Help in payroll calculation and ESI/PF coordination (if applicable) Maintain proper documentation of bills, purchase orders, and payment proofs Requirements B.Com or M.Com degree (or equivalent qualification) 1–3 years of experience in accounting role (manufacturing background is a plus) Proficient in Tally / Zoho Books / MS Excel Knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoice formats Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Punjabi Should be organized, honest, and detail-oriented Why Join Us?
