We are currently expanding our team and looking for an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in talent acquisition for IT and fresher-level domestic recruitment . Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for SEO and IT roles , including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding. Handle recruitment for freshers and junior-level positions in technical and non-technical domains. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams. Maintain proper documentation of recruitment processes and candidate records. Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring goals. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in domestic recruitment with a focus on SEO and IT profiles . Proven experience hiring freshers and junior-level candidates . Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Must be currently residing in Bhubaneswar . Eligibility Criteria: Only candidates from Bhubaneswar will be considered.
