Key Responsibilities: Supervision: Manage and coordinate the activities of laundry staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Operations: Oversee the sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing of laundry items. Quality Control: Ensure that laundry processes meet established standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and garment care. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of linens, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and laundry chemicals. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that laundry equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and functioning correctly. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and adhere to health and hygiene protocols. Customer Service: Address and resolve any concerns or issues related to laundry services. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of laundry operations, including production, inventory, and maintenance activities. Training and Development: Train new employees on laundry procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols. Skills and Qualifications: Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of laundry staff. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain an organized work area. Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality standards in all laundry processes.
