Ltd. continues its journey as a prominent manufacturer of I-beam overhead conveyors, belt conveyors, slat conveyors, screw conveyors, ash handling systems, and custom conveyor solutions, the Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a pivotal role in scaling our operations nationwide. This BDM will lead national sales efforts, focusing on North and expanding into other zones by supporting distributors or agents regionally. The candidate will be based out of our Delhi/NCR head office and will focus on expanding customer base in target sectors through aggressive field sales, consultant follow-ups, and project closings. The BDM is not just a sales role—it is a growth enabler. He/she will target core industrial verticals such as automotive, packaging, pharmaceuticals, textiles, warehousing, cement, food processing, and infrastructure. Key activities will include meeting decision-makers at OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and factory heads to understand their material handling challenges and present tailor-made conveyor solutions. This position will have monthly sales KPIs, a defined sales funnel to manage through CRM tools, and will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
