Role & responsibilities New customer acquisition Generate leads by cold and reference calling Call customer as per CRM lead Handle front desk activity & maintain data on CRM Drive cross-selling of other financial instruments of IIFL Handle front desk activity & maintain data on CRM & Attend daily marketing activity Responsible for Gold Valuation * & enhancing the POS** growth of the particular branch Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL _GL branch in the proper catchment areas Accounting & handling cash in the branch for Gold Loan transactions Good in clerical ability & systematic working is highly appreciated Accuracy in calculation, counting & maintenance of records Preferred candidate profile Should flair for customer handling & sales(Preferred Loan/Gold Loan Sector) Flexible for doing outdoor activities. Willing to take up responsibilities & ownership proactively and ensure customer satisfaction. Should have basic knowledge on computer
