We require Field Sales Specialist for our office situated at Dahisar E Mumbai-68 Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company targets for growth and profitability within the marine sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in shipbuilding, commercial shipping, offshore, oil & gas, ports, and other maritime sectors. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional development. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and market conditions. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demand. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and marine industry regulations. Desired profile of the candidate The candidate should be a graduate (BMS/ B.Sc/ B.Com/ B.A.M.B.A ) preferably a good communication skills with good command over English. Min. Exp. - 2 + years Max.
