Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for definition and deployment of Havells EHS program across all of its premises to ensure full EHS compliance and continual improvement in all area 2. Definition and assimilation of procedures, methods and tools to effectively deploy the EHS management system 3. Focus all facilities on EHS compliance as an overriding expectation for which everyone will be held accountable 4. Conducts risk reviews, compliance audits and internal assessment of facility 5. Provide daily guidance and direction in EHS programs at the HODs/ supervisors/Employee level to ensure a common and effective approach; 6. Ensure that contractor personnel working on the property are in compliance with policies and safety requirements. 7. Draft, implement and guide employees and management on occupational health and related matters. 8. Maintain and update as needed SOP's for all safe work practices and equipment and utilize them in the day to day training 9. Provide advice, assist, and audit line management to ensure that effective EHS is implemented and working. Perform and contribute to the Site Training Plans by conducting employee orientations; emergency response training; and coordination of modular training programs for the Operation. 10. Manages regulatory agency, 3rd party audits, inspections, inquiries, contacts and reporting. Ensure inspections by regulatory agencies are coordinated and deficiencies minimized and corrected. Coordinate with Factory Manager, Operations and General Managers facility deficiencies and monthly safety inspections maintain all logs and documentation associated with permits and regulatory requirements. 11. Assist with maintaining the Site Preparedness and Emergency Plans & Procedures 12. Responsible for coordinating regulatory programs and its applications and help support the compliance process; supporting and providing support and action on the environmental aspects of operations 13. The above duties and responsibilities are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Post Diploma in Industrial Safety/Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety, Exposure in management systems such as ISO 14001; ISO 45001. Requires at least 10-12 years of experience, preferably with proven experience in a manufacturing environment The incumbent must have varied experience of working in organizations with diverse Safety requirements. Essential to have world-class experience in EHS Management practices and systems. Technical understanding of Safety across diverse and complex businesses. Requires advanced technical knowledge in Process Safety, practical experience of performing complex risk assessments, and adequate knowledge of applicable hazard communication. Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills are essential.

Job Summary: The HR/Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting daily HR and administrative operations at the plant. The role involves coordinating recruitment, maintaining employee records, ensuring statutory compliance, and handling general administration including facility and vendor management to ensure smooth functioning of the unit. Role & responsibilities Human Resources: Assist in end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions (coordination with consultants, coordination with corporate office for scheduling interviews, documentation, onboarding). Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, and leave records of On-roll & Contractual Employees. Ensure timely submission of attendance data for payroll processing. Support execution of HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, etc.). Coordinate with Corporate HR for performance management, employee engagement, and training activities. Manage employee queries related to leave, attendance, salary slips, etc. Monitor contract manpower deployment, records, and compliance. Administration: Oversee general administration including housekeeping, security, canteen, and transport arrangements. Handle plant gate pass issuance, visitor management, and admin SOPs. Maintain records of company assets, uniforms, and safety kits. Coordinate for repair and maintenance work as needed. Key Skills & Competencies: Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance applicable to manufacturing plants. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving ability and ownership mindset. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HRMS systems. Ability to multitask and handle field-level admin tasks effectively. Qualification & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration. 2 to 4 years of experience in HR/Admin role, preferably in a manufacturing plant. Familiarity with compliance audits and contract workforce management is an added advantage. Working Conditions: Location is Ghiloth (Neemrana), Rajasthan full-time, on-site role. Should be comfortable working in a plant environment and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
