Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Radiology department's academic and operational functions. Design, update, and implement curriculum as per university and regulatory standards. Supervise faculty members and support their teaching and research activities. Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and research in Radiology. Coordinate with affiliated hospitals for clinical training and internships. Organize seminars, workshops, and academic events. Mentor students and promote a positive learning environment. Ensure compliance with accreditation bodies (like UGC, NAAC, etc.). Eligibility Criteria: Ph.D. in Radiology or equivalent specialization (recognized by UGC/Medical Council/Statutory body). Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching and/or academic administrative experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Prior experience as HOD or senior academic position preferred.
