Locations : Talaipalli, Gharghoda Responsibilities : Oversee the overall electrical operation and maintenance activities at the power plant site. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Monitor plant operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime. Manage a team of technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant field. Min 2 Year experience in within a thermal power plant with in depth knowledge of control circuits In-depth knowledge of power plant operations, equipment, and maintenance procedures. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
