Greetings from Randstad…! A FOS’s roles include sourcing from the filed, reviewing loans for Bank. FOS needs to meet with customers/ applicants to determine their eligibility before deciding whether the Bank can offer them a Agri/ SME loan. They go Through each application individually, looking at what type/amounts of loan an individual or business can avail based on specific principles. Another critical duty of a FOS is to stay current with lending regulations, the economy and market rates. FOS will also be required to carry out inspection of unit, individual and assets as instructed by the Bank. FOS will maintain the data privacy and confidentiality of the Customers and Bank. Candidate has to be 10-15km radius from the provided branch.
