(Authorized Mahindra Dealership) Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh Position: Senior Executive – HR Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager/Dealer Principal Job Summary: Star Automobiles (MP) Ltd., an authorized Mahindra dealership, is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – HR to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in the automobile dealership sector. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Identify staffing needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate with department heads. Manage onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees. Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and reward programs. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. Payroll & Compliance: Process payroll, attendance, leave records, and salary structures. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations like PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Labor Laws. Maintain HR records, employee database, and exit formalities. Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize employee development programs. Coordinate with external trainers and internal teams for skill enhancement sessions. Monitor employee performance and suggest career growth opportunities. HR Operations & Reporting: Manage HR documentation, policy updates, and disciplinary procedures. Generate HR reports for management decision-making. Implement HRMS software for efficient data management. Key Skills & Requirements: Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Experience: 3-7 years in HR operations, preferably in the automobile or dealership industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, payroll management, and labor laws. (Authorized Mahindra Dealership) Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh Position: Senior Account Executive Department: Accounts & Finance Reporting To: Finance Manager/Dealer Principal Job Summary: Star Automobiles (MP) Ltd., an authorized Mahindra dealership, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to oversee financial transactions, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support financial planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, handling reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records. Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L statements. Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor payments, and receivables. Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings as per government regulations. Ensure compliance with Mahindra dealership financial policies and accounting standards. Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required financial reports. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process payments to vendors and suppliers on time. Follow up on customer payments and outstanding dues. Manage cash flow and maintain records of daily transactions. Payroll & Expenses: Process employee salaries and reimbursements. Maintain payroll records, tax deductions, and PF/ESIC calculations. Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with sales and service teams for accurate financial reporting. Generate MIS reports for management decision-making. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Key Skills & Requirements: Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or CA Inter. Experience: 3-7 years in dealership accounting, automotive industry experience preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, GST compliance, MS Excel, and financial reporting. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of Dealership Operations is an added advantage. Benefits: Competitive salary and incentives.
