Job Description: Senior Civil Engineer – Treatment Plant & Tendering Specialist Position Title: Senior Civil Engineer – EPC & Tendering Specialist Experience Required: 8–15 Years Location: [Jalandhar/Patiala] Industry: EPC / Water & Environmental Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Lead the civil engineering aspects of large-scale water and wastewater treatment plant projects from concept to commissioning. Develop and review detailed engineering documents, technical specifications, and design deliverables. Head the tendering process, including bid strategy, document preparation, risk analysis, and vendor negotiation. Analyze and evaluate tender submissions for technical and commercial compliance. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and drafters. Interface with clients, consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
